The Agency Supervisor will be a licensed professional insurance agent who is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic agency plans. In addition, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the agency and supervise the employees on site. Working collaboratively with their team to administer marketing plans and expected sales goals and targets in a projected time frame.
• 5+ years of insurance agency supervisory experience
• Must hold current producers license
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient computer knowledge

• Ability to solicit and sell policies from multiple carriers in an accurate and efficient manner
• Follow and execute marketing plans to solicit new and existing business using the output from the agency management system.
• Provide accurate quotes to customers from all carriers and convert them into accurate and complete applications after obtaining agreement to purchase.
• Close sales in a timely manner, keeping sales goals in mind.
• Ability to confidently discuss UW issues with customers and pivot customers to a different carrier or alternative coverage options when necessary.
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
• Accomplish sales and policy in force goals by accepting ownership for effective administering of marketing and policy retention campaigns
• Assisting the marketing department with potential ideas for new campaigns to drive new sales and improved policy retention
• Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments by assisting in the transformation of successful delivering of new business sales and retention targets for the agency into ideas/concepts/programs for all Madison Mutual agents as per the strategic plan.
• Providing on-site operational management of assigned agent location, including but not limited to, ensuring safety and security of all on-site employees, reporting any attendance or performance issues with on-site personnel to appropriate manager, reporting and taking appropriate actions due to any facility related issues at agent location.
Salary Range - $55,000-$65,000 annually
